the glamorously unglamorous girl you see standing there playing with her fingernails and guilty of trying not to shake her feet.

just another girl next door who might bite when needed to.
also that girl you might to death, or hate to the core.

    title: old folks.
    time: 9:00 PM
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    love has no age.
when to start, or when to ever end.

so i went to singapore this morning with my parents and grandma.
made a trip to visit my dad's godmother. whom i call 'aiyoyo popo' since young.
she's living in an old folks home and she's definitely aged since the last time i saw her.
she almost couldnt even remember my parents anymore.
but she's not senile and definitely still rrly chattable.

i was walking along that catholic old folks home which honestly has a rrly nice ambience.
well, comparing it to the other old folks home i've seen around that are all stuffy and small.
i go there pretty often to see aiyoyo popo and i want to tear everytime i go there.

was walking thru the rooms when i was thinking what if i ended up there one day.
haha. i then imagined me and my friends old in wheelchairs one day.
told my sister when i came back "i suspect if my friends and i live here one day even when we're old.. it'd still be havoc."
    *
saw this old man who was using his ashtray hitting his wheelchair on one hand, smoking on the other and calling out to no one.
wanted to go talk to him when my mum suddenly said she would.
told her i'd give her rm10 if she did, and she did.
but well, obviously not for the money.
turned out he wanted (in his words) to pang sai. haha!
so my mum went tell someone in charge when the woman said that not to bother bout him coz he's got pampers on. sigh. sad.

and then i saw this other old man being wheeled out and to meet his wife.
and OMG, seriously. i teared a little.
i suddenly felt as though it was like an 'asian the notebook' sorta thing.
like the workers at the home was telling the wife how he was always was saying "i love my wife."
and they both seriously looked at each other with so much love and how the woman sorta held him when they talked.
    i was so so touched!
the old man then said "i say i love my wife a thousand times also no point, she only visits me once a week." aww. sigh.
i would want the person i spend the rest of my life with to say that i'm loved forever too. =)
