how long have i not blogged?

just about 10 thousand years?

haha! but here i am.

about to summarise twentyOHnine for me.

in a short paragraph i could say how many ups and downs there was. and of course thats an only human thing to have to go through. went through the good times in my life where i wake up with a smile on my face. and bad times where i can't open my eyes because of the tears that have dried up. all in all, i think this year has taught me so many valuable lessons.

1. as unfair life is sometimes, there's always a reward or payback the way it deservingly was. in other words, karma does rrly seem to exist whether your religion teaches you to believe it or not.

2. to stay strong in less than perfect circustances. because sometimes just by staying strong and pushing forward, a new chance is given. even if its not the way i'd wanted it to be. it could be so much more.

3. that there are really just that few people you should trust. and how worth it those people really are. =)

i guess these lessons are basically stuff that we people relearn again and again. always discovered even more in depth or a different way altogether.

so next! 20 random things in 2009!

1. i tweet way too much.

2. i was on bus stops for a while (with what i call a super unflattering picture).

3. i joined soccer & futsal and am loving it still.

4. my bestfriends are still my bestfriends & i love them more everyday.

4. i've made the awesomest friends in soccer & also class though i wish they actly stayed on in Sg instead of going over to US already. (hinthint: cui & shelly)

5. my calculus subject in school is OVERRRRRRRR!

6. i got runner up for my small scaled pageant thingy.

7. i've lost one holga, one purse and one ipod touch. 2 of which are my birthday presents. ='(

8. went for my 2nd trip to London&Paris. LOVE IT!

9. okayyy. guess what. i dont quite remember 20 random things. LOL!

10. okay, i seem to be getting some sort of amnesia.

so okay those two places are like two of my FAVOURITE places ever right? so i see the need to blog just a lil bout it. coz i think the pictures will take forever before they are uploaded. so anyways i went with shir & her family plus cherri & cassandra. =D details i shall give!

1. i went for the Emirates Stadium and Stamford Bridge tour.... so its not Liverpool but the experience was just awesome.

2. i went for the Tottenham v Fulham match and also the ARSENAL V ASTON VILLA one. and i had the best seat ever. in my opinion at least. coz i was like just a few rows below the reporters and commentators. was sitting alone but i had a MAJOR BLAST. =D love it!

3. i met up with Rebekah love and took tons of pictures! though uploading will take a while as well. =) and we are 100% psyched and pretty much planned for Bali! oh yeaaaa! missing her already.

4. i finally saw snow falling from the sky. all my life i always miss the snow by a bit. like it snows when i leave or snows before i come. i thought this time i came too late. and yes i did see snow on the floor and stuff. but finally on the last day in Paris when we were leaving for the airport... it SNOWED! for like 2 minutes. like some kind of farewell present.
